We believe that a strong community is a civically-engaged community. Through our Spring and Fall Service Days, The Tool Library partners with over a dozen community organizations to put its tools to work transforming the spaces we share into the places we love.
Projects include neighborhood cleanups, tree-plantings, park stewardship, community garden maintenance, and public art installations. These events bring together community members, teach new hands-on skills, and help steward public spaces like parks, gardens, and trails.
Each year we organize over a dozen events with our partners. Most events take place on Saturday mornings and last no longer than three hours. These are family-friendly with on-site instruction and training provided.
